Director - JNS Infrastructure

Manikanta Reddy, a graduate in Aeronautical Engineering, brings a unique blend of technical acumen and visionary leadership to JNS Infrastructure. Though his academic foundation lies in aerospace sciences, his heart has always been rooted in the world of construction—a passion inspired by his father, Mr. Srikanth Reddy, a respected figure in the construction industry.

Motivated by a strong desire to uphold and advance his father’s legacy, Manikanta Reddy has committed himself wholeheartedly to the development of JNS Infrastructure. He works closely alongside his father, actively participating in the planning, execution, and management of key projects. His hands-on approach, coupled with a keen eye for quality and innovation, positions him as a dynamic force within the company.

As a Director of JNS Infrastructure, Manikanta Reddy brings youthful energy, forwardthinking strategies, and a deep respect for the company’s core values. He is dedicated to not only sustaining the reputation JNS has built over the years but also to expanding its horizons through modern practices and client-centric solutions. With a strong foundation, both academic and experiential, Manikanta Reddy is poised to lead JNS Infrastructure into its next era of growth and excellence.

Srikanth Reddy

Founder & Managing Director – JNS Infrastructure

Mr. Srikanth Reddy is a visionary entrepreneur and seasoned professional whose career journey reflects a perfect blend of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and a deep-rooted passion for building lasting communities.

He completed his B.Tech in Electronics and Communication Engineering in 1997 from Vishweshwarayya Engineering College, Bangalore. He began his professional career overseas, working as the DBNG – USA from 1998 to 2002. With a strong background in systems and programming, he returned to India and joined ICICI Bank, where he continued his professional journey until 2004.

In 2004, driven by a long-standing interest in construction and a vision to create quality living spaces, Srikanth Reddy made a bold transition into the real estate and infrastructure sector.He started by constructing individual residential buildings and quickly gained a reputation for reliability, quality, and timely delivery.

His first apartment project began in 2005 in Koti, and was successfully completed by mid2006. This marked the beginning of a thriving career in real estate development.

From 2005 to 2011, he was associated with Manvitha Builders and Developers, where he led and completed several prominent villa and apartment projects in Bachupally, significantly contributing to the area’s urban development.

One of the highlights of his career was leading a prestigious government project – NPR – from 2011 to 2014, a testament to his capability in handling large-scale and complex projects.

In 2014, Mr. Srikanth Reddy established his own brand, JNS Infrastructure, with a commitment to deliver excellence in residential and commercial development. Under his leadership, the company successfully launched and completed several notable projects, including:
Srinivas Lakeview Villas (2014–2017) – a premium gated villa community that set new standards in luxury living.
JNS Hill View (2019–2025) – an ambitious and large-scale residential project, now a landmark development known for its design and quality.

With over two decades of diverse experience, Srikanth Reddy continues to steer JNS Infrastructure with unwavering dedication, ensuring that each project reflects his core values of trust, transparency, and superior quality. His journey from a programmer to a renowned developer is an inspiring story of transformation, vision, and entrepreneurial excellence.
